Refund & Return Policy – Jyovin

At Jyovin, we specialize in customized and personalized products made specially for you. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Customized / Personalized Products

- All customized products (name keychains, wallets, frames, etc.) are made to order.

- No return, exchange, or refund is applicable on customized products once the order is confirmed.

- This is because the product cannot be resold to another customer.

Damaged / Defective Product

We do take responsibility for quality issues.

If you receive:

- A damaged product

- A wrong item

- A manufacturing defect

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Order number

- Unboxing video (mandatory)

- Clear photos of the issue

After verification:

- We will provide a replacement (preferred), or

- Refund (in rare cases where replacement is not possible)

Order Cancellation :

- Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order

- Once the customization process starts, cancellation is not allowed

Refund Process (if applicable):

- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

- Amount will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping Issues :

- Jyovin is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners

- However, we will support you in tracking and resolving the issue
