3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified as it goes into production quickly.

• Jyovin reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances or incorrect information.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without notice.

• Full payment must be made before order processing.

• We use secure payment gateways and do not store your payment details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within the mentioned timeframe.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier services.

• Jyovin is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events.

6. Returns & Refunds

• As all products are customized, no return, exchange, or refund is allowedonce the order is confirmed.

• However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24–48 hours with proof (photo/video) for resolution.
